| Instructions | Aliquot CSF, Thoracentesis/Pleural fluid or Paracentesis/Ascites fluid in a sterile screwtop container. Keep Specimen Refrigerated. Indicate type of fluid on specimen tube and requisition. Please deliver to performing laboratory department (flow cytometry) ASAP. Specimen stability: 48hrs refrigerated Rejection Criteria: WBC count - Minimum Requirement of ≥100 WBC/cmm. If less than 100 WBC/cmm, testing will be cancelled. |
